Eric Stefanski, Your host for the XLR8 World Summit, is a Performance Psychology Coach & Professional Swimming Coach for over 20 years.  He has a simple philosophy that leads him personally and professionally:  to reach your true potential, you've got to understand how your mind directs your physical habits; and to improve those habits (and ultimately earn better results) you need to learn to upgrade the quality with which you think

Using this philosophy, Eric has produced multiple U.S. National Team athletes, two Olympians, over 50 NCAA Div. I All-Americans, a NCAA Div. I recorder holder (and Champion), multiple ACC Conference Champions and record holders, and he's coached hundreds of athletes to new heights through his Lifesparq program.

Eric has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, a master's degree in Sport Psychology from Georgia Southern University and spent 13 years coaching NCAA athletes at the University of Rochester, University of Pittsburgh, University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill and Georgia Tech, all in the sport of competitive swimming.

Eric is the owner and founder of Lifesparq.  A high performance athlete innovation consulting company located just outside of Boulder, CO, dedicated to providing a personalized, pro-active, fully integrated performance psychology and nutrition training programs for athletes, sports teams, performers and Executives.
