TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PURCHASE TERMS
Please read carefully. By purchasing a product, you (herein referred to as “Client”) agree to the follow terms stated herein.

 

BILLING
Please be aware that all charges will show up on Client credit card statement as Lifesparq llc.

If Client should need to update billing or payment information, please send an email to success@lifesparq.com and we will provide you with instructions. Do not send credit card information via email.

 

COUPONS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Coupons and discount codes may not be combined.

METHODS OF PAYMENT
Lifesparq accepts most major credit cards and PayPal for online programs, registration for events and personal programs.  Lifesparq also accepts checks for in-person programs and clinics.  If Client elects to pay by monthly installments for subscription programs, Client authorizes Lifesparq to charge the Client’s credit card or debit card every month. If Client elects to pay in FULL, Client may pay by credit card or debit card.

Payment plans or subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded after the first 30-day refund period.

REFUND POLICY AND MINIMUM GUARANTEES
Unless otherwise noted, all products come with an unconditional 30-day guarantee. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, simply contact customer support and request a full refund of your purchase price. Longer conditional guarantees may apply, so check the sales material at the time of your order for details.

In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, within 30 days of enrollment, contact our support team at success@lifesparq.com and let us know you’d like a refund by the 30th day at 11:59 pm of your time zone. If you purchased a product with a recurring charge, only the first month charge is eligible for a refund.  After the 30-days, you may online cancel your subscription.

Clinics, seminars and in-person events are nonrefundable within seven days prior to the event. You may be eligible for a 50% refund up to seven days in advance of the event.

Free trial products are not eligible for full refunds and must be terminated by the last day of the trial period at 11:59 pm MST if the Client decides to discontinue use to avoid incurring the product fee.  Terminations require an email to success@lifesparq.com with full name & reason for termination.  

All refunds are discretionary as determined by Lifesparq llc. To further clarify, we will not provide refunds after the 30th day from your date of purchase and all payments must be made on a timely basis. If payments are not made on time, you agree to pay interest on all past-due sums at a rate of 1.5% per month or the highest rate allowed by law, whichever is greater.

If you do not understand or agree with any of these conditions, please do not order this material. If you require further clarification, please contact us at success@lifesparq.com.

CANCELLATION
If Client purchased a subscription or product with a recurring charge and at any time you would like to cancel, please email success@lifesparq.com or call us at 678-654-5901 at least two business days before your next billing date and we will cancel your membership otherwise, you will incur a final charge.

If Client signed up for a free trial, you must contact us by the last day of the trial period at 11:59 pm MST to cancel your subscription if you do not wish to continue to avoid incurring the product fee.

CONTENT OWNERSHIP
Anything you submit to Lifesparq llc., either through written or visual (photo or video) methods can be used by Lifesparq. You surrender your sole right of ownership when you submit to Lifesparq, unless you specifically state in your submission that you wish to retain sole rights of the the content.

AGREEMENT
By checking the box on the purchase page, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
